The University of Chicago’s Office of Special Programs Summer Newsletter 2017

The Office of Special Programs-College Prep at the University of Chicago, has spent the last five decades implementing college access and success programs including an Upward Bound project.  The focus of our work has been to ensure that  low income, potentially first generation college students graduate from high school and are prepared to complete postsecondary degrees and achieve career success.  We provide access to academic support and enrichment, college research and planning, financial literacy and financial aid awareness, personal skills development and career exploration.
